"Creating an Island"

I do have to say I love how this necklace I made turned out!! The focal point of this stunning necklace is the magnificent pendant. The pendant is a natural stone called Amazonite. It is 30x22mm in size and the color patterns in it are amazing! If you look at is closely you can see the ocean on the bottom, then some clouds, and then the sky. Nature works in mysterious ways when it creates such beautiful stones. To add even more interest to this amazing pendant I added two solid sterling silver Bali style beads, four Swarovski crystal bicones, and some solid sterling silver chain for a little bit of dangle. The necklace is made out of 8mm Lava Rock beads which are creating a new island amongst the shimmering 4mm Swarovski Aquamarine crystal bicones. There are also dozens of solid silver spacer beads to contrast the black Lava Rocks!! The necklace is 21 inches long and it is finished off with a solid sterling silver lobster clasp.
